Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026
This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the BrightBree Studio website, prepare a project brief, contact us, or try our demonstration tools. BrightBree Studio is the service brand used on this website. Contact us at hello@brightbreestudio.com with privacy questions.
1. Project briefs and messages
The project brief builder asks for your business name, services, chosen package, and project goals. Creating a brief happens in your browser; the form does not automatically submit those answers to BrightBree or save them to a client database. Downloading a brief saves a file on your device. Choosing “Email my project brief” passes the brief to your email application, where you review and send it.
If you send us an email, we receive the message, your email address, and any information or attachments you choose to include. Your email provider may also process a draft before you send it. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification, or private customer records in a project inquiry.
2. How information is used
Information you send is used to respond to questions, discuss your needs, prepare proposals, provide agreed services, and maintain related business records. We may also use relevant records to resolve disputes, prevent misuse, or meet legal obligations.
Private studio workspace
Authorized BrightBree staff can sign in to a private workspace to record business inquiries, contact names and email addresses, proposals, project notes, prices, and progress. Supabase provides account authentication and database storage. Access to these records is restricted to authorized owner accounts. The public brief builder does not automatically add records to this workspace.
The owner workspace stores sign-in session tokens in browser local storage to maintain access between visits. Signing out removes the saved session on that browser. Do not use a shared browser for private studio work without signing out afterward.
3. Website hosting and service providers
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Visiting the site sends technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time to the hosting infrastructure. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver, secure, and support their services. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.
We may share information with providers needed to handle your inquiry or deliver an agreed project, or when required by law. Any additional access to client systems or project data should be defined in the applicable service agreement.
4. Browser storage and tracking
The public project brief builder keeps entered answers in the current page. The lawn-care demo uses session storage in your browser to keep sample records as you move between its screens. Use only fictional information in the demo. You can reset sample data in the demo’s Business settings or clear the site’s browser data. Downloaded files and emails are separate and are not removed by resetting the demo.
The current public site does not include advertising pixels or marketing analytics scripts. Fonts and displayed stock photographs are served with the website. Links to external websites open services with their own privacy practices.
5. Retention and security
Messages and business records are kept for as long as needed for their business purpose, ongoing client work, dispute handling, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information through the public inquiry process; arrange an appropriate transfer method with us if a project requires it.
6. Your choices
You can browse without emailing a brief. You can ask about information you have sent, request a correction, or request deletion by contacting hello@brightbreestudio.com. We may need to verify your request and retain records required for legal or legitimate business obligations. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on where you live and applicable law.
7. Children and demonstration tools
Our services are intended for business customers, not children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Demonstrations are for evaluating sample workflows, not storing real customer data.
8. Changes and contact
We will update this page as our services and information practices change, including before introducing new account or online-submission features. The date above identifies the current version. Questions or requests can be sent to hello@brightbreestudio.com.
